Show Notes

Maintaining life-long relationships is one of the keys to success in the business world. David started out as an intern under my supervision at EisnerAmper and eventually left the W-2 world to grow a real estate rocket ship that helps generate over $100M in financing annually.

At 19 years old. after his internship at EisnerAmper where him and I met, David honed in and focused on becoming a real estate entrepreneur. Having to first learn while being an employee, David held a couple of W-2 jobs where he learned the different facets of real estate. Once he felt comfortable enough, he ditched the W-2 and began the hustle of real estate wholesaling. Tune in to learn about the trials and tribulations and how David went from just getting started to renting and renovating over a 100 properties per year and helping originate over $100M in bridge financing per year.
