Yuri Kapilovich is an experienced CPA with over a decade with some of the largest firms in the country (EY, EisnerAmper, CohnReznick, etc). During his experience with the larger firms he gained knowledge and was in constant contact with some of the wealthiest individuals in the US. Chatting with them, learning from them, and helping them with all their tax financial planning matters.

The yearning to leave the larger firms grew stronger and he quit his comfortable W-2 job making $145K to start his own firm (Kapilovich & Associates). That decision to leave, giving notice, and jumping into the world that is self-employment has created such an interesting topic in his and his client's minds that he decided to launch The Capital Contribution. The show will contribute knowledge about the world of relatable entrepreneurs taking the same plunge as him.

Outside of podcasting and taxing, Yuri enjoys spending time with his family, biking, and boating.
